This website does not use cookies.

b) Plugins

This website does not use any plugins that collect personal data or set cookies.

c) Data collection by the provider

Each time you access my website, usage data is transmitted through your internet browser and stored in protocol data (server log files). This is done by the provider of this website: Strato AG, Otto-Ostrowski-Straße 7, 10249 Berlin.

This stored data includes, for example, the name of the page accessed, the date and time of access, the amount of data transferred, and the requesting provider. This data is used exclusively to ensure trouble-free operation and convenient use of my website, to evaluate system security and stability, and for administrative purposes. IP addresses are stored for a maximum of seven days, for example, to detect and prevent attacks. It is not possible to assign this data to a specific person.

The legal basis for data processing in this respect is Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR. The legitimate interest arises from the purposes for data collection listed above. Under no circumstances will the collected data be used to draw conclusions about you personally.

c) Newsletter

Your email address and name will be stored for the purpose of sending the newsletter. This is done via the email marketing platform Brevo, Sendinblue GmbH, Köpenicker Straße 126, 10179 Berlin.

Brevo stores this data on servers within the EU and complies with the GDPR regulations.

3. Sharing of data

Your personal data will not be transferred to third parties for purposes other than those listed below. We will only transfer your personal data to third parties if:

  • The transfer is necessary for the establishment, exercise, or defense of legal claims in accordance with Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR and there is no reason to assume that you have an overriding legitimate interest in not disclosing your data;

You may revoke your consent at any time in accordance with Article 7 (3) GDPR. This means that we may no longer continue the data processing based on your consent in the future.
